How to Return
- Contact our customer support via phone or email within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back or schedule a pickup (if available in your area)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Transfer: Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
Exchange Policy
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible items. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the exchange for you. The new item will be shipped once we receive the original item.
