- Kathmandu Valley (Same day / Next day delivery)
- Major cities outside valley (2-3 business days)
- Remote areas (4-7 business days)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight:
- Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,000 within Kathmandu Valley
- Kathmandu Valley: Rs. 100 - Rs. 150
- Outside Valley: Rs. 150 - Rs. 300
- Remote Areas: Rs. 200 - Rs. 500

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via SMS and email. You can use this code to track your order status on our Track Order page.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery option for all locations. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth transaction.
